Privacy policy
What we keep, and where
First party, on our own disk, and as little as the thing needs.
1Who we are
Rotundus Cogitans, a small Australian operation. This policy says what personal information we handle and how, in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.
2What we collect
Your email and sign-in identity (held by Clerk). Your dialogues, saved to your account. Your credit ledger - every grant, purchase and spend. A first-party usage log: pages visited, buttons pressed, errors hit.
3Why we collect it
To run the service: sign you in, keep your dialogues, account for your credits, and find what is broken or confusing. Nothing is collected for advertising.
4How we hold it
On our own infrastructure, with the ledgers append-only so a balance can always be traced to its movements. Payment details never touch our servers.
5Disclosure
Three processors see slices of your data to do their jobs: Clerk (sign-in and email), Stripe (payments - they see your card, we never do), and OpenRouter (the text of a dialogue while it is being written). We do not sell or share personal information beyond that.
6Overseas disclosure
Those processors operate internationally, so sign-in, payment and generation data may be processed outside Australia under their own safeguards.
7Cookies and analytics
First party only. No advertising trackers, no third-party analytics. Our own usage log stays on our own disk.
8Access and correction
Ask and we will show you what we hold about you, and correct anything wrong. Your account page already shows your ledger in full.
9Deletion
Ask and your account and everything on it goes: dialogues, ledger, log entries, all of it.
10Complaints
Raise any privacy concern with us first; if we do not resolve it, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
11Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the change appears here, dated.
